Q: hi my iphone suppose to be unlocked but it cannot connect to the server can you help
please help tmobile sent me a locked phone and also sent me an email saying to reboot my phone and the phone will be unlocked but so far i still can't get it unlocked
Rebooting it will not unlock it. You need to connect it to your computer and Restore it as a NEW iPhone (not from backup) and you will get a message saying, "Congratulations, your iPhone is now unlocked".
