Q: Apple TV not getting iTunes Match
Using Apple TV, and selecting the Music App, and selecting My Music, I get the following error message "iTunes Match. There is a problem connecting to iCloud. Try again later." What is going on here? All my movies and TV shows that are in iCloud appear fine.

Try the following steps for the Apple TV 4, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
- Restart the Apple TV (Settings > System > Restart).
- Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
- Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
- Reset the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Reset all settings)
- Restore the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Restore)
