Apple Watch
Q: Apple watch & music
I'm thinking about getting an Apple watch. My main reason to get one is so that when I'm at the gym, I don't have to carry my iphone. Do I have to physically carry my iphone around with me? Can I listen to my itunes music with bluetooth thru the apple phone? I have a fitbit and it's great but obviously I can't stream my music thru it.
Thanks.

Apple Watch
Hi
Apple Watch offers the following options for controlling music playback:
- Music app:
- Control music playback on the paired iPhone.
- Also enables you to play music from a single playlist that has been synced to the watch:
- To add music from an iTunes library to the watch:
- Choose or create a playlist in iTunes and sync it to your iPhone.
- Follow the instructions in the support article below to sync that playlist to your watch (using the Watch app on your iPhone).
- Music can be played when the iPhone is unavailable (such as during outdoor workouts, when the iPhone is not taken along).
- Requires Bluetooth headphones to be paired to the watch.
- By default, the synced playlist is limited to 1GB (this can be changed to up to 2GB or 250 songs).
- To add music from an iTunes library to the watch:
- More information and instructions:
- Remote app:
- Control music playback on Apple TV.
