When you click on the Purchased option under Quick Links in the Music Store, in the window that shows your purchased music, do you have "All" selected, or "Not in My Library" selected? Do you have "Albums" selected or do you have "Songs" selected?

    Cheers,

This happened to me today also with my latest purchase. When I sorted the songs by date added ascending, the date on the files was 8/25/74. Clearly an Apple problem because my system clock and region are accurate.

Where did you make the purchase? Where are you looking for it by date?                 GB

I made the purchase from the iTunes Store on my iMac. I searched by date under the My Music tab.

The purchase date under recent purchases on my account is correct. The tracks were downloaded to iMac so they don't show up under the "Not in My Library" tab. It's just that I couldn't find them because the "date added" was incorrect.

This took me 1/2 an Hour to find. It got me really frustrated. If you into iTunes Store and scroll down to you Apple ID then tap it and click 'view Apple id'. Next scroll down to hidden purchased items... Go into music and you can download Them.

This is a three year old thread that a lot of people have posted various and sundry issues regarding re-downloading purchased media. So, it would be best for you to start a new thread, and spell out whatever issue you are having right now. That is the only way we are going to be able to help.     Cheers,  GB

I've been struggling with this too, but just found an answer that solved my problem.

I'm running iTunes 12.4.1.6 on a PC. In iTunes, go to Account > View My Account... in the menu bar.

Enter your Apple ID and Password to view your account details.

When clicking on 'See All' under Purchase History nothing was showing, even though I'd bought 4 albums today.

Under "iTunes in the Cloud" (the section above "Purchase History") click the Manage link to the right of Hidden Purchases.

This will give you the option to unhide any purchase you may have accidentally hidden. Once you've unhidden them using this screen they will then be available in the Purchase History screen for you to re-download again.

    Hope this helps someone.

I don't know if you solved this already but go to your iTunes App then scroll down and tap on your Apple ID then view your account then scroll to hidden purchases and tap Music Movies or TV Shows, and there should be all your purchases.

Are you ready for this easy answer?

-Top left corner of your screen click on "Account"

    -Click on "View My Account"

-Scroll down to "iTunes in the Cloud"

-2nd option is "Hidden Purchases" and beside that on the right, click on "Manage"

-Click on "Albums" or "Songs" in the middle of the screen

-On the far right side you will have the option to "Unhide"

You will have to unhide every song individually.  Once you've done that you now have to:

-Click on "Account" on the top left again

    -And then click on "Purchased"

-Click on "Albums or "Songs" in the middle of the screen

-On the far right you will see the cloud with the download arrow pointing down.

You will have to download every song individually.

I've finally figured this out.  Takes a while, but you get your music back.

    Cheers

Hi! I was having all kinds of problems with this. I just figured it out this way. You probably did what I did, you cut/pasted from your itunes library to your iphone/ipod whatever. That way you deleted the original copies of the songs on your computer AND in itunes.

What I did, was go into "mymusic" when in Itunes, Click "Songs" and you should see all your songs that you bought. Now, what I did was delete all of them, and then after that, the download cload should be beside all your songs again. Then all you have to do is re-download them all right there. You can select all of them at once and hit download. Worked for me. Just did it,
