    Hello Dr N Nagesh.

Thanks for reaching out on the Apple Support Communities. We certainly want iTunes able to run on your computer.  We can check things out.

If you haven't tried, let's go ahead and remove all iTunes and Apple related items as described here: Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support

    Specifically:

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order:

    1. iTunes
    2. Apple Software Update
    3. Apple Mobile Device Support
    4. Bonjour
    5. Apple Application Support 32-bit
    6. Apple Application Support 64-bit

On some systems, iTunes might install two versions of Apple Application Support. This is expected. If both are present, be sure to uninstall both versions.

The additional steps in the link confirm that everything is removed before downloading a new copy here: iTunes - Download iTunes Now - Apple

Reply back with any messages you get if those steps don't resolve.

    Cheers!
