Q: I downgraded from ios 10 beta to ios 9.3.2 and now my music app keeps crashing

So i recently updated my iphone 5s to ios 10 to see how everything looks, and my music works fine on ios 10. Then upon downgrading my phone back to ios 9.3.2, the music app stopped working. Everytime I open it and press something it crashes and I'm not sure what the problem is

That's why downgrading is officially not supported on iOS...

The instructions for the Beta program urges you to make a backup of your iPhone while on the current iOS so you can restore it if you need to go back to the current version. Did you do this?

I had the same issue on my iPhone 6s Plus. (it only affected my music app-crashed every time i tried to play a song).

Spent an hour with Apple support.

Here's what worked-i had to do a FULL factory reset and then restore from my last backup that was iOS 9.3.2. d

Once done- everything worked normal again.

Total pain in the a*^-but solved my problems.
