Try force restarting your watch: press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for around 10 seconds, until you see the logo.
If that does not help, next try charging your watch for around 2.5 hours, making sure that you follow the charging instructions here:
Check your battery and charge your Apple Watch - Apple Support
After that time, if it has not already restarted automatically, remove it from the charger and:
- Try restarting it (by pressing and holding the side button until you see the Apple logo).
- Next try force restarting it again.

Jun 26, 2016 1:57 PM in response to Carolyn Samitby Ricky's Corner,Logo does go on and watch is fully charged. I believe I accidently put it on voice rather than visual so I have no visual and no screen.

Jun 26, 2016 1:59 PM in response to Ricky's Cornerby Jonathan UK,If you see the Apple logo, but the display otherwise remains black after restarting, check whether VoiceOver and screen curtain are turned on:
- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver > turn off VoiceOver.
