When you select your device in iTunes, the main screen for the device that you'll see is named Summary.

When the iPad is connected to a PC, there is a new button that appears beside the drop down menu which you can change the type of media (Music, Movies, TV Shows etc.). Once you click it, it will change the tabs along the top of the main window. The tab on the most left will be the "Summary" tab.
