Thank you for being part of the Apple Community! If I understand correctly, after restoring a back up from your old iPhone to your new iPhone 6, the music that was downloaded from Apple Music onto the old iPhone is not downloaded to the new phone. I listen to music all day while working so I completely understand needing access to all your music.
The first suggestion I have is to make sure that iCloud Music Library is turned on.
How to turn on iCloud Music Library
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- In the Apple Music app, tap the profile icon and sign in with the same Apple ID and password that you use for your Apple Music membership.
- From your device's Home screen, go to Settings > Music, and turn on iCloud Music Library.

- If you already have music on your device, you'll be asked if you want to Merge or Replace the music. Choose Merge to add the songs currently on your device to your library.* If you select Replace, the music on your device is replaced with your Apple Music library.
Be sure you are signed into Apple Music with the same AppleID that was used on the old iPhone. Additional information can be found here:
Sync Apple Music across your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and computer
You may also need to re-download any music that you want to be able to listen to off line. You will be able to tell the whether it is downloaded by the icon next to it.

Cheers!
