Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're wanting to get your music transferred to your new iPhone SE. I listen to music everyday while working out so I can understand wanting to make sure you have access to your music.
Syncing music with an iPhone only works in one direction, from the computer to your iPhone. You aren't able to transfer music from your iPhone to another iPhone but there are some other ways you can move your music and I'd be happy to go over those for you.
First, if you have any music that you've purchased from iTunes, you can always re-download those purchases with your Apple ID. Just click and follow the section labeled "music'.

Also, you can always plug your new iPhone SE into your computer with iTunes to sync any music or media that's not an iTunes purchase.

Glad to hear you were able to sync your music to your new iPhone SE! Any music that you're seeing in iTunes on your computer is stored in your iTunes Library. Music purchased from iTunes that's not downloaded to your iTunes library on the computer is stored in the cloud with your Apple ID. You can download your iTunes purchases to your computer using the article I've linked. Just click on the section for "music" again and follow the steps for "On a Mac or PC".
