Q: iMessage and FaceTime not working
So I have been having a problem with my iPad for a few months. I have tried using iMessage and Facetime but when I log in, it used to say, "Please check your connection and try again". ( or something similar) so I went on the apple website and I was reading through and it said download the latest iOS (I had 8.4). So I downloaded iOS 9 and I tried again and it didn't work. So I checked for other solutions. They said to turn off my iPad iMessage and FaceTime and turn it off again but there was no option to do that. please help!
