Jun 28, 2016 5:32 PM in response to leonardo da vinciby sarah_s1,Hi leonardo da vinci,
Thanks for coming to us in the Apple Support Communities for help. From your post, I understand that a lot of your tracks in iTunes are grey and not available. I know that it's important to have access to all of your music, so I'm happy to provide some clarification for this.
What you are seeing is an iCloud Music Library icon showing that these tracks are available to download. Clicking the iCloud icon should download them to your computer again. See more about this in our article here:

I hope this helps to clarify things. Cheers!

If it is not downloading the tracks for you, then check out the details in that article regarding gray tracks:
If your songs appear in light gray text
Your songs might appear in iTunes in light gray text for a variety of reasons. Those reasons include:
- You're not connected to iCloud Music Library. If you see a Disconnected icon in the upper-right corner of iTunes, you're not connected to iCloud Music Library. Click the icon to reconnect.
- The song isn't in Apple Music or isn't available in your current country. These songs also appear in gray if you search for them in Apple Music.
- Restrictions are turned on for explicit tracks. Learn more about Restrictions.
- An artist or content provider made changes or edits to an album. You might need to remove the album from your library and add it back from the Apple Music catalog.
