Thank you for everything you've posted on things so far. From that, I understand that the iPhone wouldn't connect to cellular for a week and you've tried a restore with iTunes on a computer. Now with that, it gives error (-1).
The restore was a great step to try and is the last step listed in our article about no signal: If you can't connect to a cellular network or cellular data - Apple Support
With error -1, we can treat it similar to error 1 and check the steps on this page: Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support
If after trying those steps, you're still seeing the same error, then the phone could need service. You can check service options with either of these pages:
