Q: Apple charged me 9 times when i tried to update my payment info
I found that my payment info was not full, i added more info and pressed save. Sure, i have had few errors, but after it - everything was correct and saved. After it i found that i still don't have full info. Also i tried to add user to my family account, but i've got error that this user located in another zone, after it i found that i was charged by apple 9! Nine CARL! 9 times!
I'm very upset about that. I was not waiting so stupid situation from apple.
how can i get money back? Thanks

The system you describe is the company your credit card is issued from. They are the ones to remove the hold, not Apple. Discuss this with them.
