If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?
If you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account. Account recovery is an automatic process designed to get you back in to your account as quickly as possible while denying access to anyone who might be pretending to be you. It might take a few days—or longer—depending on what specific account information you can provide to verify your identity.
That will be your one option. If you are trying to get back into an iPhone with Activation Lock and you cannot remember the password, you may be able to remove the account from the iPhone through assistance from Apple Support with the receipt from the original purchase of the iPhone as a means to prove you are the real owner of that iPhone.

Jun 29, 2016 12:49 PM in response to BBoissby nadia.diaz,Hello,
Thank you for the answer.
The issue is, that I'm trying to do it from icloud.com - FMI, but when I click on remove from device it sends the code to that device, but I don't have with me, and the phone number is from that device also. Is there any way, from icloud.com that i'm able to request account recovery?
Thx.

Jun 29, 2016 1:09 PM in response to nadia.diazby BBoiss,★HelpfulYeah, you seem to have lost me. I can not replicate what you are explaining. With two-factor enabled, I was asked to verify myself when signing into iCloud.com and was not asked to verify when I was prompted with the option to remove my iPhone when I turned it off.
I would recommend requesting account recovery to regain access to your account.
