Q: security questions

Apple are not here, these are user-to-user forums - and because of that I've asked the hosts to remove your email from your reply as it contains your email address (you shouldn't post personal info on any public forum).

Were you getting the reset link below the two questions that you were being asked, on only the popup after guessing your answers ? The link will only show if you have a verified rescue email address on your account (an additional/alternate email address is different) on the account.

Contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If you can't reset your security questions

If you can't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, call us for help. When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.

You've tried calling it ? It's an international call here to the UK. If it's not working use the form that I gave

You can't add a rescue email address if you don't know your answers, you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset
