Apr 24, 2014 6:57 PM in response to Superman0099by Philly_Phan,ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

Apr 24, 2014 7:11 PM in response to Philly_Phanby Superman0099,Well this is awful. Do you know how to access and Apple ID without the original email or correct birthday (because apparently anyone can just change that)

No. The information can be changed only by those that know the password (which can be obtained only from you).

Jun 29, 2016 9:32 PM in response to Superman0099by G reese47,Acruelly, they did this on purpose, they want you to spend money to get apps back. They don't want to spend their time trying to fix it, im having the same problem and we are both screwed.

Jun 29, 2016 9:39 PM in response to G reese47by gail from maine,Who would "they" be in this instance? It is very, very, simple to change your Apple ID on your Apple Account. So, if you set up a brand new Apple Account rather than just updating your Apple ID on your existing Apple Account, then "they" had nothing to do with that....
Do you want to explain your issue, or just share your conspiracy theories with us? This is a user to user technical support forum, so if you take the time to fully explain what your issue is, then we can try to help.
Cheers,
GB
