Q: Macbook pro 15 Retina 2014 shuts down after I close the lid

Jun 30, 2016 12:42 AMby lllaass,• Note the time of the next unintended shutdown. After restarting open the Console app in Finder>Applications>Utilities and look for log entries at the time of the shutcown. Post suspicious ones here.
Look before the log entry that starts with BOOT_TIME since that is the first line of a bootup
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Diagnostics are free but hardware repairs will cost you
