Q: apple id problem during setup

I'm trying to activate my iphone after a reset. during the step it required my apple ID's username and password (the one linked to my iphone when i first activated it), and when i provid the information, a pop out message saying you can't use this applei ID.

Knowing that my apple ID account was compromised but i was able to restore it using my security questions. it was locked but it opened after i changed the password.
