There is no redeem now in emailed iTunes gift card. How do I get the balance added to iTunes Store?

Is there are code in the email that you can copy-and-paste : Redeem iTunes and Apple Music Gift Cards and codes - Apple Support ?

There is a 16 digit pin and an 18 digit card number.. I have been to that page and none of them work when I manually enter them. The add to apple wallet gives an error advising I'm unable to do so at this time. Thanks for your quick response!

By 'manually enter them' do you mean typing in the code, or using cut-and-paste ? And what error message do you get ?

Definitetly copy and paste. It says you must enter a valid code when I enter one or the other.

And the gift card is for the country where you are (and which is therefore on your iTunes account), and is for iTunes (not for Apple Store) ? You could try contacting iTunes Support : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201195#contact
