Have you set up family sharing ? If you are you getting an error message when and where are you getting it ?

This is when trying to set up family sharing ? You've entered payment detail (the family organiser has to have payment details on their account), are there any error messages shown when entering them ? If you've entered them and no errors show but it doesn't proceed, then have you tried setting it up on a different computer or device ?
