It will depend on how the photos have been imported to the iPhone.
If the photos are in the camera roll, you can import them by connecting the iPhone to a USB port.
But if the photos are not in the camera roll (iTunes synced photos, photos taken with third party camera apps), you have use email to save them to a computer.
