Thanks for coming to the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're having trouble installing iTunes. I use iTunes all the time to sync my iPhone to my computer so I can understand wanting to make sure you can get this program installed.
The first thing I'd like to make sure of is that you've followed the steps for installation, and that you've checked the system requirements for your computer. All of this information can be found here:
