Q: Neat Software crashes

Hello,

I'm using a new Macbook Pro with Neat Software version 4.5.0(4500099).  It crashes sporadically and I'm not sure if I should be contacting Neat or Apple.  First off, I contacted Neat Support for some basic help and it wasn't good so I thought I would upload crash report here to see if any of the excellent Apple support can give me some help diagnosing or maybe even resolving this issue.  I tried to copy paste the whole crash report here but I get an error stating "This message contains invalid characters".   Strange!  So let me know how to get you the whole crash report if it will help to see it.  Thanks!
