Q: Is there a way to log into your cloud without remembering the security questions?
I'm not sure if this question has already been asked, and I'm sure it has, but I'm having a really tough time here. I tried to log into my Cloud via my Macbook Pro to solve a completely different issue I was dealing with. However, I was prompted to update my system preferences and account, and then presented with my old security questions. I must have answered these questions a million years ago when I created my account, and I have no idea what the answers are now. I tried tons of combinations, but as there are two questions, and it only notifies you that "one or more of them may be wrong," I have no idea which answers are right or wrong. I was then locked out "temporarily." I know what my username and password are, but it's very discouraging that this is not enough to verify that I am who I say I am. If anyone knows a way around this issue, I would be very grateful. Thank you!
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
