After bought new MacbookPro and had licesend office 2016I subscrided to office 365 through www.office.com the webpage guided me to perform installations to activate office 365 subscriptions.
After successfully installed office 365 in my macbook,I checked my account page and I noticed that while other facilities like SKYPE and OneDrive already activated the number Install PC / Mac still zero and the webapage said I haven’t install anything within my PC/Mac
I already try to uninstall the Office 2016 also office 365 and start re install it again ; however my subscriptions page still not updated. the PC/ Mac install no still shows none while actually my macbook pro notified that installations is successful
then I started to changed the browser from safari to chrome but still the account page not updated.
