Q: Bluetooth Speakers

I've recently bought a WOW KAKKOii speaker, where it is paired via bluetooth.

To usually pair it, I simply follow the instructions and it should appear to pair with my iPhone 6S or Macbook Air in bluetooth devices.

However, it does not appear in bluetooth devices for my iPhone, and says "pairing rejected" on my Macbook.

If anyone has used this device or may be able to help me with this product please let me know! Thank you

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.2

Did you try to restart both the speaker and phone. If that doesn't work then try to delete the speaker from the bluetooth menu in you phone. You can do that by clicking a little blue "i" found  to the speakers name displayed  the iPhone. Once you tap that, then you can select "forget this device" and try pairing the speakers again.
