Well in this case is very important verify if has any issue to log in on My Apple ID website:
If you can log in with success maybe will be necessary reinstall the iTunes following this article:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275
If you cannot log in I recommend to change your password on My Apple ID website.
