Hello hongtc,
Sorry to hear about your issue. The good news is that there is a very helpful article from the good people over at OS X Daily that addresses your very issue. It is worth noting that AirDrop is not a separate application that can be downloaded from the App Store. Rather, AirDrop is a protocol that allows you to share files by way of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. That said, I will provide the list of instructions from the article in question, as well as a link to the actual article. I hope that this resolves your issue.
Best of luck
"There are a few potential reasons for AirDrop not being visible, but assuming you have an iOS version which supports AirDrop as any modern release does, here’s the most common resolution for when AirDrop is not showing up on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch within the iOS Control Center:
AirDrop not showing up in iOS
1. Open the Settings application in iOS and go to “General”
2. Now go to “Restrictions” and enter the devices passcode if requested
3. Look under the Restrictions list for “AirDrop” and be sure the switch is toggled in the ON position
4. Exit out of Settings and open Control Center again, AirDrop will be visible
