Q: Where to download marketing and affiliated kit

You sign into iTunesconnect, then click on  Deliver Your Content and then on the link for the kit.

I do not see any such button "Deliver Your Content." I have been searching for this kit too. I see it referred to in the help section, but I can't find it.

It's 2 years later, I think things have changed.  The currently available Guides and other help can be found in the Resources and Help section of iTunesconnect > Books

yes this thread is 2 years old but Apple still refers to it in their Resources and Help section.

The second paragraph from the bottom:

For more marketing information and resources, download the iBooks Marketing & Affiliate Kit from Resources and Help on iTunes Connect. This kit outlines how to sign up for the iTunes Affiliate Program, provides official iBooks badges for your website as well as other marketing media, and offers a link to the iTunes widget builder to help you create interactive links to iBooks.
