    You've received an email saying that you would receive a credit ? It should have added automatically (you know what your balance was before, and you've logged out and back into your account to see if your balance updates ?). If it hasn't updated does the email about your refund have contact details / website for help ?

    I have recieved an email it gave me this and a direct # to Cupertino; I choose this first.  I have not recieved any funds in my iTunes accoun. I have been checking and am well aware of my balance.  There has been no payment as informed I would recieve.  I was told by two others from Apple there refund came in the mail. I have recieved no refund in any matter as indicate.

    What do you mean by 'gave me this' ? If you mean this website then these are user-to-user forums. Contact the people that sent you the email, the refund should have been automatically added to your account, I'm not aware that you would have been sent a letter (or do you mean 'refund came in the email' ?) with the refund.

    TThe people at Apple provided this forum via one of the contact #'s provided. The contact at Apple also said they recieved a check via USPS. So what your saying is you can't help me?  You never could help me? Asked me irrelevant questions in regard to the capabilities of yourself and this forum?  Waisted the time of myself an anyone who sees this and has the same questio?  Could have said straight out this is not the place to reslove this?

    I haven't 'waisted' time, you should have already known that these were user-to-user forums from the term's of use that you agreed to before posting on here
