Mar 6, 2016 4:00 PM in response to Awkwardly_Niceby irlhylian,I have tried EVERYTHING including going to 2 stores to see if a professional can help. My phone even stopped charging or recognizing charging cords when connecting to my adapter in my wall but i did this because i couldn't get it to connect to my computer and iTunes so i can try and fix that issue alone and this fixed everything somehow.. wow... 2 months with this issue fixed, all because of these steps. Thank you T___T"

Apr 15, 2016 8:27 PM in response to avirex1983by gail from maine,Not sure what driver you are referring to, but the post you are responding to is three years old.....
If you are referring to the Apple Mobile Device driver, the "Helpful Response" clearly outlined the steps to that process.

Aug 29, 2016 10:30 AM in response to HolleeNicoleeby Gabriel7Patrick,So i checked all the comments and the comment of ahahmed, and when in the device manager, i discovered that my device does not have the Driver to connect to any PC. I figured this out plugging in another device with that driver and when attempting to uninstall it, it said if i was sure "to delete the driver for this device" (AKA the iphone).
So somehow the driver inside the iphone got deleted meaning when i connect my device my pc and iphone does not register that it's connected.
Yes, i did use the same USB Port and Charging cable for both Idevices and the second device did open itunes.
Does someone know where to install this driver?

Aug 29, 2016 10:34 AM in response to Gabriel7Patrickby KiltedTim,There is no driver "inside the phone". The necessary drivers are included in the iTunes installation package that can be downloaded from iTunes.com.
Note that the current version requires Windows 7 or higher, or OS X 10.8.5 or higher.
