Q: Apple Store gift card to download Logic Pro in App store?

iTunes Gift Cards can be used to make purchases from the Mac App Store. Apple Store Gift Cards are redeemable in Apple retail stores, and may not be used on the Mac App Store.

I tried buying it through the Apple Store however because it's a download when I click "buy" it redirects me to a button that says "view in Mac App store". That's why I think the only way around this is physically going into the Mac Store for the box purchase.

Jul 2, 2016 10:57 PMby sdfranklin,I just tried it and no option to add in a gift card came up before the program started downloading. There was no option to stop the download so now I own it. I immediately went to "report a problem" but it said that purchase is not eligable for return. So I'm screwed I think.
