Q: my iOS9.3.2, iPod Touch. I am not able to transfer my not from iPod to my Windows 10. I have tried iTunes back up to computer but that did not work

I am not able to export notes and do a backup from my iPod Touch to my computer, which is windows 10

Will you show me how to do this?
