Uninstall it from where? 

 

This is the iTunes for Mac Computers forum, and there does not Appear to be a Telegraph App for Mac Computers at All.   Also it would not have anything to do with iTunes on a Mac.

 

If this App is for an iPad, then the proper place for this would be the iPad Forum here:

Using iPad

 

To uninstall Apps from an iPad you press and hold on the App until All apps start to shake, then press the in the corner of the App icon to remove it from the iPad.

 

To install it again on the iPad download it from the App store again.
