    Hi

Try pressing the Digital Crown (round button) quickly three times in a row.

If that does not turn off the feature, try using Siri to disable VoiceOver (which also turns off Screen Curtain).

    - Press and hold the Digital Crown until you feel a tap on your wrist from your watch.

    - Then say: “Turn off VoiceOver.”

Find a quiet location, wear your watch on your wrist and follow these steps:

    • Press the Digital Crown on your watch > your watch will say "Enter passcode".
    • Although your screen is turned off, the active screen is now the Passcode entry screen, which looks like this:

    • Starting with the first digit of your passcode, tap where you estimate the first digit is located on your screen > your watch will say " <number> button ". This tells you which button you have tapped on, but the number has not yet been entered. If you did not find the right button, try again until you do.
    • Once you have found the right location for the first digit of your passcode, tap the same location again twice in quick succession (a double-tap) > your watch will say " <number> " (for example: "one"). This confirms that the first digit of your passcode has been entered.
    • Repeat the process for each of the remaining digits of your passcode.
    • If you make a mistake (for example, if your watch tells you that you have entered the number one, when you meant to enter a different number), locate the Delete button in the same way (tap once - at the lower-right corner - to find it, then tap twice in the same place to use it):

    • When you have finished entering your passcode, hold down the Digital Crown until you feel a tap on your wrist, then release it and say "turn off VoiceOver".

Once you have turned off VoiceOver, to prepare your watch for re-pairing with your iPhone:

    - On your watch, go to: Home screen (when viewing the time, press the Digital Crown once) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.

You will then be able to pair your watch by following the standard set up process (choose to Restore from Backup if offered the option during setup).

HI managed to get the watch unlocked but due to deleting the app on my I phone Siri isn't working so can't switch out of mode, I can select settings on the watch but don't know the exact layout to go to delete and erase settings so I can re pair my watch to my phone

Go to the Home screen (via a single press on the Digital Crown) > Settings (cog icon) > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings.

VoiceOver will announce what you have tapped on > double-tap in the same place to select.

When you tap anywhere on the screen, VoiceOver will announce what you have tapped on. A double-tap in the same place will select that option.

Unless you have rearranged your Home screen icons, the Settings icon is towards the bottom left of the Home screen.

Next, to access General, scroll up slightly. General is the first option on the second page of options within Settings (the order is Time, Airplane Mode, Bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, General).

Reset is the last option on the second page of the General options. Scroll up one screen's worth, then tap on the bottom fifth of the screen (the order is About, Orientation, Wake Screen, Nightstand Mode, Accessibility, Siri, Regulatory, Reset).

If preferred, instead select Accessibility, then select VoiceOver (the first option), then turn the feature off by double-tapping on the top fifth of the next screen to disable VoiceOver.

If proceeding with Reset, double-tap on the top fifth of the next screen to Erase all Content and Settings.
