Q: contacting support shouldnt be difficult!!!

What can I do to get your attention.  I am a deaf person travelling and noticed that there was an unauthorized charge on my itunes account and want it to be voided.  This was not authorized in any shape or form.  I had in fact, cancelled my account.  It is not that easy for me to call in for assistance... so please make it easier for a deaf/hard ofhearing customer.

 

Please rectify this immediately or advise me how I can do via my Itunes account.
