Q: Can't see Cellular network option

I have a new iPhone 6, but my phone doesn't show "Cellular Network menu", but it only show Mobile Data menu, I have already Reset all Network settings options, but it not showing Cellular Network menu..Please help....

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2
