Q: Deleted App Still Showing In Notification Centre Settings

Hello,

I've recently uninstalled an old version of ScreenFlow and installed the new version, but the old one is still showing in the preferences for Notification Centre. How would I remove this old version from there? I've uninstalled the old version completely, using the uninstall utility in CleanMyMac 3.

apparently not "completely". you should uninstall CleanMyMac. It will cause you no end of problems.

Personally, I've had no issues with CleanMyMac 3. However, I'm aware there are some apps like it that do more harm than good.

Actually you just had one. It didn't completely uninstall ScreenFlow.

I think it must be an issue with a database in Mac OS X, not CleanMyMac 3. It should disappear automatically.

What dialabrain said. Don't use this program. It has failed you here, and it is likely to cause you more trouble if you keep using it.
