Q: Yosemite

Hi all ,

 

i just bought MAC book pro 2 weeks ago and it's running with El Capitan OSX , i need really to install Yosemite OSX instead so that i talked with the customer support to help me and they told me that 2 ways to install Yosemite 
1- it by recovery if i've backup using the time machine , or if installed it before i can reinstall from the app store , but i do not have this already

2- is by using some other mac at which Yosemite installed then share with me /Applications/Install OS X Yosemite.app in this case i can do it by using USB flash

 

any one can help me

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)
