Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. From the information you provided in your post, I am understanding that after updating your iOS software, you had to reactivate your iPad and are now unable to get FaceTime activated. I use FaceTime to keep in touch with family and friends, and know it's important that it works. Luckily, I have some troubleshooting steps that may help!
