Q: Belkin YourType Wireless Keypad Not Working Properly
Hi guys
I bought my Belkin Bluetooth numeric pad from an Apple store over two years ago and once I got it paired, it worked exactly what I needed it for; to enable the keyboard shortcuts in the DAW software, Steinberg Cubase. Now I'm having all sorts of issues.Firstly when I press the buttons like the search button for example, this used to open up spotlight alongside Mac OSX's default shortcut of CMD+SPACEBAR. Now it does nothing except when the Finder windows is active it will point to the 'find' option under the 'View' menu.
What I have done is un-paired the device from my iMac 2011 21.5" and removed the batteries and re-inserted them. Weirdly though, the Mac pairs the keyboard to it without the need of a passphrase or pair key?? Is there a way I can remove it entirely from the system?
Some please help me out with this numeric pad please.
Any help appreciated

Restart the computer holding down the command - option/alt - P - R keys before the gray screen appears. Continue to hold until you hear the startup chime for the second time.
