Q: iPad email change.

My apple iCloud is showing an old, disconnected email address on my iPad, and I'm trying to change it to my new one, but am having difficulties doing that. What are the steps? Thank you for your help. - Frustrated

Did you change your Apple ID without first logging out from iCloud on the iPad? If so, that may explain your difficulty.
There are some suggestions here Sign in with a different Apple ID on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
