Q: Lost iPhone 5
I lost my iPhone 5, I start tracking it on iCloud, it was moving but i wasn't able to trace it, then I erase iPhone's date using iCloud is it possible now to trace it or disable it ?
someone can use it with another apple ID ?

If you erased it then you can no longer track it. See the following: iCloud: Erase your device
As long as you do not remove the device from your account, Activation Lock will still be on and no one can use it with another Apple ID.
