Q: Couldn't find my Backup on iCloud

Dear Sir/ Madam.

My last apple product which I used, refer to early iPhone 4G and I had it until iOS 7 had been released. Once I backed up my data on iCloud dated 27.Jul.14, it lost. However I couldn't find it by "find iPhone", I always think my backup will be safe and every time I buy iPhone or any other apple product, I will restore my back up.

Now, after 2 years I bought an iPhone SE (The main reason was MY BACKUP) and at the first stage of running iPhone in the "Apps & Data" screen, when I tapped on "Restore from iCloud Backup", I saw and message indicated "there is no backup available". As long as, I'm sure that my backup process has been done successfully, please let me know why it is not available now?

Is that because of passing about 2 years after backup date? or any reasons? If it is possible to recover it, please show me a way.

Dear Zinacef,

Thanks for you attempts but these are not mu answer. I couldn't even find my Backup on iCloud. I think my backup has been removed somehow. There is a msg illustrates, there is no backup available when I chose restor from iCloud and Now the capasity if My iCloud is 5GB out of 5 GB. Means my backup has been removed.
