Thanks for posting under the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you have a song that is disappearing from your iPhone and iPad, but it is on your computer. I also understand you use Apple Music. I’ll be more than happy to help out. I know how important it is to have all your songs on your iPhone and iPad.

You’ll want to have iCloud Music Library enabled on all your devices to have all your content synced to each one. With this enabled, you will not be able to sync music using iTunes since it’s synced using iCloud.

Jul 5, 2016 7:43 AM in response to chris_g1by Northernboy67,I've seen what the problem is. The one song in question, is not eligible to uploa to iClou. This is so annoying. I'll have to go through all my songs, to find out which don't upload.
