Q: Sycning Problems

I am having issues of syncing Music to my devices. There is a certain song I like to listen to. On iTunes on the Computer. It shows, that it is on my device. Now since Apple Music Came Out, I have trouble syncing my personal stuff. Should I switch iCloud as well as Apple Music? Or switch Just Apple Music? Anyway what happens, This song keeps disappearing from the actual devices both iPhone and iPad. This is so annoying.

    Thanks for posting under the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you have a song that is disappearing from your iPhone and iPad, but it is on your computer. I also understand you use Apple Music. I’ll be more than happy to help out. I know how important it is to have all your songs on your iPhone and iPad.

    You’ll want to have iCloud Music Library enabled on all your devices to have all your content synced to each one. With this enabled, you will not be able to sync music using iTunes since it’s synced using iCloud.

    I've seen what the problem is. The one song in question, is not eligible to uploa to iClou. This is so annoying. I'll have to go through all my songs, to find out which don't upload.
