Thanks for checking out the Apple Support Communities. From your post it appears that you're interested in getting AppleCare+ for your iPhone 6s Plus. I can understand wanting to take advantage of the extra protection that AppleCare+ has to offer and I can provide you with some information on how to purchase it.
Depending on where you are located, you may be able to purchase AppleCare+ online. All you will need is your serial number and to run a remote diagnostic test. Your serial number can be found by going to Settings > General > About. You can also find the model of your iPhone in the same place, right above the Serial Number. I encourage you to check out the website below which has all the details you'll need to know about AppleCare+ for your iPhone including the ways in which you can purchase it.

I`ve read information about AppleCare+ carefully but I have problem with buying it. I`m from Czech republic where AppleCare+ isn`t avaible at this time. I wanted to buy it from germany personaly or idealy electronicly from apple.com but electronic way seems to be problem and in Apple store in Germnay I`ve been told that they can sell it seperately only to German citizen and other countries are the same. To foreign customer only with new phone.
Phone is about 30 days old, so that is okay and it`s eligible for AppleCare+. When I try to put it to "bag" on store, it says "Some products in your bag require another product to be purchased. The required product was not found so the other products were removed."
Any ideas how to buy it electronicly or personaly ?

Thanks for the details about your situation. AppleCare+ can only be purchased in the country that the iPhone was purchased in since warranty service and coverage can be limited to that region. For example, if your iPhone was purchased as a brand new device in Germany, then you may be able to purchase AppleCare+ in Germany. AppleCare+ may not be available in all countries or regions which could be why you're not able to purchase it online.

my phone comes from "EU distribution" so It's buyed from Czech eshop which sells phones originaly for Slovak and Great Britain market. My phone by model number is fot UK market. Service in CZ tells me, that if phone have AppleCare+ they accepted without problems, because it's warranty directly from Apple. So only problem I'm having now is how to get one

You can take a look at the following article about purchasing AppleCare+. There are several ways you can purchase it, but based on your location, it may not be available for purchase.

If you're still having trouble then your best bet would be to contact Apple Support for additional assistance. The following link will help you get started with that process. You can choose More > Hardware Coverage > Purchase AppleCare and choose how you'd like to contact support.
