Q: Crackling sound earpiece speaker on phonecalls iPhone 6

When i make a call, sometimes i hear distortion or crackling through earpiece speaker on voices.

Kind of overmodulated sharp sound.

It mostly happens when caller raises volume when speaking or when you set volume higher.

Anyone have a solution for this? This is a problem with hardware or sofware?

I am on latest IOS 9.3.2 of my iPhone 6.

Is the person on the other end of the call using speaker phone?

No also happens with calls just on the phone.
With higher volume or voices talking louder kind of distortion on speaker. So have to put volume very low than.
When recording voice memo's everyhting seems ok.
