If you erased the device and logged in with your Apple ID, then it activated. The only way you will see that screen you provided earlier is if you log in with the wrong Apple ID. With Find My iPhone turned on, Activation Lock is on. You would not get prompted with the screen you saw unless you attempt to log in with the wrong Apple ID.

i turn on my device "find my iphone" and after turning on find my iphone i factory reset my phone by going to General>Reset>Erase all contents and settings, to check whether after factory reset of my device i get icloud activation lock screen or not as shown in attached image but i did not get any icloud activation lock screen. so my question is how can i set up and get icloud activation lock screen where they ask to enter apple id with password after every factory reset to make phone work correctly and to make sure phone is with its owner only.

i want following screen that every people gets when they reset their device factory setting with turn on find my device , kindly see the attached image icloud-locked-how-to-bypass-icloud-activation-on-iphone-9_643.jpg

No, what I was saying is that if you attempt to sign in with the incorrect Apple ID, you will see that screen.

Also, I believe you will only see that screen if you erase all content and settings from iCloud, not from the device itself.

If you reset the device from the device itself, you will be asked for your Apple ID and password before the reset can start

At that point if you provide your Apple Id and password, you are turning off Activation Lock

You will not get the Activation Lock Screen, if you successfully Reset your device from within the device itself, because you are turning off Activation lock to actually start the Reset process.

As I said before, you only get the activation screen, if you reset the iPhone through iTunes, or through the Find my iPhone iCloud.com Service
