While you were mixing it did you ever press save... ?

if you did close your auto save project without saving it - then reopen and this time select the save version.

otherwise - revert to a backup.

When Logic crashes, it leaves behind a temporary autosave folder.

If you save normally, that folder gets emptied (it contains every single adjustment you made since the last save).

If Logic unexpectedly crashes and then you reopen that project, Logic "sees" that there is still content in the temporary autosave folder and asks you: do you want to use the autosave folder content, or the last regularly saved version? You openend the last regularly saved version, and now you have lost the entire content of any work you did since the last manual save, because the autosave folder gets discarded the minute you open the saved version.

So now you know you should choose auto-saved if it happens again. There is no way for you to retrieve that work now, it is gone.
